You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli and he secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique. Your friends home will be surprised when you will serve them homemade plates you learned following typical italian recipes in an unique and rare location; the fun experience will leave an unforgettable and marvellous memory. Durante el recorrido, yo y mis expertos locales co- los anfitriones te guiarán por las calles y plazas más bonitas y fascinantes de la ciudad, contándote historias interesantes y anécdotas sobre Milán y su gente (si quieres conocer toda la historia y arte en detalle, el tiempo y precio sería diferente. ¡Pero no acaba ahí! También te daremos consejos sobre dónde comer, beber y divertirte para que tu estancia sea aún más memorable. ¿Lo mejor? El recorrido es privado, por lo que no habrá otras personas aparte de tu grupo. Podrán disfrutar de una experiencia auténtica,sin tener que preocuparse por seguir un grupo de turistas desconocidos. Esto te dará la libertad de disfrutar del recorrido a tu propio ritmo, conmigo o con mis coanfitriones totalmente dedicados a ti y a tus compañeros de viaje. El recorrido es de 7 km, recomiendo usar zapatos cómodos. Al final del recorrido te daré una lista de los mejores restaurantes locales de Milán (no turísticos), museos y otros consejos. Como servicio de bonificación, podrás recibir mi ayuda hasta tu estancia.

THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. THIS IS A FRIENDLY COOKING EXPERIENCE. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home (with AIR CONDITIONING) where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing several types of delicious homemade pasta: tortelli and other typical kinds of pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water; NO GLUTEN FREE!). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a great time together cooking, laughing, sharing stories, and especially talking about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy.. The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

Quello che offro è un corso per apprendere come realizzare alcuni piatti tipici della nostra splendida Italia. Prepareremo insieme la pasta fresca, nei formati tradizionali delle varie regioni italiane: le tagliatelle all’uovo emiliane, le rinomate orecchiette pugliesi, i cavatelli molisani e per chi desidera sperimentare ed assaggiare qualcosa di veramente unico, ci cimenteremo nei culurgiones sardi (una pasta fresca ripiena, chiusa ad arte, con una farcitura di patate, pecorino e menta) Ci sarà da divertirsi! E mentre lavoriamo, degusteremo un delizioso aperitivo a base di buon vino (o in alternativa una bevanda analcolica) e salame nostrano...e poi tutti a tavola per l’assaggio! Come dolce realizzeremo la torta paesana, detta anche torta di pane: tipica della tradizione povera lombarda brianzola, che veniva cucinata dalle mamme e dalle nonne per le feste di paese e rionali, oppure il più popolare tiramisu’ o ancora il salame al cioccolato. Tornerai a casa orgoglioso di te!
