Benvenuto a casa mia! Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

Viajaremos juntos a través del tiempo y descubriremos ángulos ocultos de Génova. Descubriremos su belleza y su encanto. Conocido como el Soberbio desde la Edad Media hasta el Renacimiento; importante centro del barroco. Famosa durante el Gran Tour, hasta el punto de ser elegida como ciudad donde pasar un mayor período de tiempo y fuente de inspiración para escritores, poetas, cantantes y actores. Ven conmigo a sentir algunas de sus emociones también !! Nos reuniremos en la casa de Colón para entrar a la ciudad a través de las murallas de la Barbarroja (1100 ac). Juntos descubriremos una plaza escondida con un pasado dramático, descubriremos el origen de Génova, su significado y dónde nació. Inmediatamente después descubriremos quién fue Embriaco, un héroe de la ciudad y una iglesia preciosa. Caminaremos por plazas particulares con nombres evocadores. Conoceremos la historia de una bella dama que inspiró a Botticelli. Después de una pausa de un helado, visitaremos la Catedral, veremos el árbol que da fortuna a la ciudad, veremos dónde vivía Einstein. Descubriremos la plaza San Matteo con sus leyendas y tesoros. Nuestro recorrido terminará en la Piazza de Ferrari y el Palacio Ducal, donde Paganini estuvo en prisión y están esculpidos los enemigos de la República. She will be pleased to open her home to all curious travelers who want to experience a real Genoese dinner. You will start the lesson by preparing the most famous ligurian pasta sauce: pesto. It traditionally consists of crushed garlic, European pine nuts, coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano all blended with olive oil. Then, learn how to prepare home made Tagliatelle! Sit with your host and enjoy the fruit of your labour and taste the second course ( typically fried anchovies ). Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dish tasting with your local host. You will also taste fine local Italian wine.. Finally enjoy the gelato or dessert with some coffee. Inizieremo con una meditazione guidata di rilassamento profondo accompagnata dal suono di delle campane tibetane ed altri strumenti selezionati per creare le giuste frequenze ed introdurre il bagno armonico. Finita la meditazione sarete pronti e rilassati per immergervi nelle vibrazioni di gong e campane tibetane che vi trasporteranno in un viaggio onirico fuori dal mondo e dentro voi stessi.Alla fine ci sarà un momento di condione nelle quale potrete raccontarci le vostre impressioni,se volete. Gita in barca con aperitivo al tramonto tra musica, amici e una vista unica. Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 2: - Un tipico gozzo Ligure di 8 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. -Un Gommone nuovo Salpa Solei 18 del 2023 anch'esso dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. Questo gommone elegante e maneggevole è perfetto per chi ama l'adrenalina senza rinunciare al comfort e all'eleganza. Può accomodare fino a 7 ospiti più lo skipper. Feel the air, the freedom and the emotion to visit Genoa with a scooter. We can easily visit the main points of the city together with further areas not usually seen by tourist but just as beautiful. We'll have a complete experience with moments of liberty, entertain and personal grew. We'll start our tour visiting the very special & important square of Piazza de Ferrari, then we'll go up to the hills to enjoy different point of views, we'll stop in a hidden square which guard a real antique pharmacy, that produce infused since the Renaissance. Afterwards we'll go down to discover what we saw from the top: we'll see the yachts docked at the Old Port, the old doors of the city (1100 ac) and Via Aurea, the most elegant and majestic street Then we'll go to more distances places like Piazza della Vittoria and 1900 architecture, Corso Italia (sea promenade) Boccadasse (ex fishery village, today fascinating neighborhood of the city) Monument (from where Garibaldi sailed to unified Italy) Nervi (sea promenade with amazing views of Portofino cape) and Bogliasco (fishery town outside Genoa). We'll visit everything with calm and at low speed, in order to enjoy the panorama, talk about culture/history and feel secure/comfortable. You'll have a personalized tour, just you. Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare the doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). We will draw together, starting from Piazza de Ferrari, walking through the city, getting to know Genoa’s most fascinating places, such as the historic centre and the old harbour, in a creative way. You will receive individual drawing lessons that are measured according to your abilities and desires. No matter if you’re just starting out or already an art professional: We will have fun together and you will take home new inspiring impressions. The relaxed “slowing down” and the joy of the creative process make this walk through Genoa a special experience that you will love to remember. Our tour ends at the picturesque Boccadasse, where we enjoy our works on the beach with an ice cream or aperitivo.

In Anna's kitchen you will be invited to cook Ligurian style the old way, using mortar and pestle to make pesto sauce and other traditional sauces. Even more you will be taught how to make fresh pasta like Lasagne or Pansotti and dress them with typical sauces. Vegetables pies, seafood and a colorful variety of focaccias Ligurian style will be the extra choices for making up your favourite workshop menus. Anna is fluent either in English and French and will lead you into the genuine Ligurian culture and traditions through her recipes. Local wine and a final meal will be offered in the cozy garden overlooking the gulf.

In a unique trip, away from the tourist flow, we will paddle along the Genoise east coast, where in the seventeen hundreds the Russian wheat was worked in local mills and pasta factories to produce excellent pasta, appreciated till the South America; we will paddle to "porticciolo Nervi" a small fishing harbour where we can land for a gelato stop. Then moving along the Anita Garibaldi promenade, till the east edge of the town, we arrive under Villa Giannettino Luxoro, a gorgeous bourgeois nineteen hundreds villa, standing on a vertical cliff, facing the sea. Then we move back to the starting point. And why not? We could have even a fantastic swim in each moment Other things to note This experience is doable for everybody, from beginners to skilled kayakers. Is this your very first time on a kayak? Don't worry, I'm a kayak instructor, it will be my pleasure to assist you!

I offer Workshops in Painting and Drawing, Plein Air in one of the most romantic spots of Italy for very small groups and individuals. I speak well Italian, English and German. We will be painting and drawing in the enchanting Nature of the Ligurian Coast, and I will share my personal favorite spots : Idyllic places on the rocks or under beautiful trees, with an incredible view above the Mediterranean Sea. I will give an introduction of different techniques of drawing and watercolor painting. You will receive individual advice for the stimulation of your own individual creativity. We will be together enjoying the artistic process in a cheerful and relaxed way. We will create our own free compositions inspired by the beauty and peace of the blue sea, golden sun and green mountains. The Workshop is open for all levels, also for absolute beginners and advanced amateurs.
