Bienvenidos a mi Experience donde pondrán las manos en la masa. Creo firmemente que todos podems hacer una pizza excelente en la casa. Por lo tanto, cada uno de Ustedes se divertirá haciendo su propia masa. El objetivo es el de aprender a hacer la pizza sin equipo profesional, así que hornearemos nuestras pizzas en un horno de cocina. Les daré los trucos necesarios para que se sientan orgullosos de compartir con familiares y amigos una pizza hecha con sus propias manos. Aprenderán como amasar y como controlar la fermentación. Les indicaré como escoger, preparar y usar los toppings para su pizza. También les mostraré la estrategia de horneado que les permitirá obtener una pizza crujiente por fuera y muy suave por dentro. Después de la clase les enviaré por email la receta paso a paso. Al final, comeremos pizza y brindaremos con vino, para celebrar la vida a la manera italiana. Otros aspectos destacables Lamentablemente no podré ofrecer comida sin gluten, ni para veganos. Esta Experience incluye alcohol. Unicamente las personas mayores de edad recibirán bebidas alcoholicas. We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 8 days after the session. If you want a private photoshoot, a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Other things: *I always recommend to dress neutral colors *In case of rain, photoshoot is scheduled for another time or day Remember: This is a group experience, don't be late. That's pasta! Yes it is! But not a common one, is a fresh pasta and you will learn how to cook from scrach a delicious one and then bring recepies and manuality with you forever. I promise! Pasta is one of the symbol of Italy and in every Italian house, even mine, is the main course every day. You have eaten pasta many times, sure, but after our course you will cook at home and share with your guests ! Don't you belive it? Look the "evidence" sent by my guests on my @Italian_pasta_cooking_class! The lesson will take place at home, where we will make pasta from scratch for a perfect italian lunch to have together. Just fresh products during the experince respecting tradition and original recipes to cook. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans! This hike is perfect if you want to escape the touristic beaten paths and live the authentic Italian atmosphere of "Lago di Como", with a complete outdoor immersion into history and nature, from a privileged point of view. We'll walk up and downhill on the trails of "Spina Verde" Natural Park, a wonderful protected area surroundings Como, and we'll discover, touching the "gonfolite" stone, where and how our ancestors who lived in the area 3.000 years ago settled their homes. The breathtaking view from the top of the ridge will get us to know the Alpine geography and the city's everyday life scrolling just below us, meanwhile a break in a typical "baita" will make us taste some local snacks and get ready for the last downhill trail taking us back to the starting point. Here our adventure will end, but you'll be free to wander through the city's narrow lanes & the picturesque lake front with a new point of view... Remember shoes & clothing suitable for mountain trails! Other things to note: From Milano commuting trains to Como Camerlata every hours (cost is 5 euro). We’ll have a welcome drink on arrival, then we’ll put on our aprons, roll up our sleeves and get straight into the pasta- making. While the pasta rests, I’ll show you how to make a homemade ricotta type cheese for the ravioli filling. Afterwards, we’ll move on to the pesto, walnut and mushroom sauces, these are the sauces for the 3 Ligurian speciality dishes. -“ Mandilli di Sea” ( “ Silk Handkerchiefs”) -Lasagna type pasta with Pesto sauce. - “Pansotti alla Salsa di Noci “ - Ravioli with ricotta and spinach in a walnut sauce. -“ Taglierini ai Funghi” - Fine- cut tagliatelle in a tomato and wild mushroom sauce. The next next stage involves the “tirare la sfoglia” - (the rolling out of the pasta), the cutting, the filling and the shaping. You’ll learn 5 or 6 different pasta shapes. After we’ve prepared our trays of freshly made pasta, we’ll cook and eat the pasta dishes with a glass of wine around the the table and then to finish off, there’ll be a surprise sweet and a traditional italian moka coffee. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. Questa esperienza è dedicata a persone che hanno voglia di stare insieme e divertirsi in serenità e buon umore, senza nessun tipo di eccesso.

El punto de encuentro está justo delante de la iglesia de Argegno, donde nuestro marinero te dará la bienvenida. Saldremos del famoso pueblo de Argegno y haremos un recorrido privado. En barco tendrás agua, refrescos y vino Prosecco de alta calidad. Veremos el pueblo de Colonno, Sala Comacina, Isola Comacina. Aquí nos detendremos para el primer baño. Luego seguiremos viendo Ossuccio, Villa Balbiano, Villa Casinella, Villa Barbianello, Tremezzo, Villa Carlotta, Bellagio. Si tenemos tiempo, nos detendremos a dar un segundo baño justo delante del Devil 's Bridge. Continuarás a Villa Lucertola, Lezzeno y Argegno. Durante el recorrido, describiremos lo que estamos viendo y podrás hacer muchas fotos. Hablaremos de arquitectura, historia, amores, leyendas antiguas, chismes, naturaleza y gastronomía local.

We will meet in front of the church of Argegno, next to it the access that leads directly to the private dock where the boat is located. As soon as we get on the boat, I will make a quick description of the boat and the safety equipment and then, will happily start the experience. The boat is a proper boat, takes the origins from a traditional fishing boat, which was born from Positano in the Sorrento Peninsula. Its humble sea origins and wood’s sparkle, with which it was created, are an irresistible attraction for lovers of boat tours. Visiting Lake Como on board of a typical Mediterranean boat definitely gives to your tour a touch of authenticity and style. The tour is going to: Colonno, Comacina island, Villa Balbiano, Villa la Cassinella, Villa del Balbianello, Villa Sola Cabiati, Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Villa Carlotta, Bellagio, Villa Melzi and a final stop to Ponte del Diavolo for a refreshing swim before heading back to the dock in Argegno. Nos encontraremos en el centro de la ciudad y desde allí comenzará nuestro recorrido por el centro y el lago. Te contaré las cosas más curiosas de la ciudad y te haré saber los lugares más frecuentados por la comunidad local. Haremos todo esto en compañía de nuestro fiel compañero Pablo, un pequeño caniche, a quien le encanta jugar, caminar y ser mimado. We will reach Brunate, the amazing village on the top of the town of Como, during a 7-minute trip on the funicolar railway, which is breathtaking for the view on the town and on the lake of Como! I will tell you about the story of Brunate and give you some interesting suggestions to discover this small but precious paradise! At the top of the mountain we will enjoy an exclusive regional wine tasting. With my passion and knowledge of Italian and local wine and of our territory, I will make you discover the incredible wine, food and cultural richness of the Lake of Como area. We will try 3 different wines produced in Lombardy (a white sparkling wine, a white and a red wine), which perfectly represent the rich terroir of the region. This exclusive wine tasting will be matched with home-made breadsticks and a fine selection of Salumi&Formaggi produced by a very small farm located not far from Brunate, and some typical Italian and local amazing Antipasti which will surprise you! The view from the top of the mountain is something you will remember for a long time!

Ready with a fork, bowl and rolling pin? We will first prepare a special colored tagliatelle, using vegetables and spices, then many ravioli with different fillings. At the end we will cook and eat together, that's always a good idea! All the recipes will be prepared with traditional, local and seasonal ingredients Suitable for vegetarians and vegans! Does your wife or partner prefer a day of shopping within the ancient walls of center Como while you play golf? If your answer to any of these questions is Yes, I would be happy to act as your guide or play along with you at Monticello Golf Club, 15 minutes driving from Lake Como. Golf Club Monticello is the largest Club in Italy and one of the most exclusive. The Red Course is a fascinating Par 72 of 6.410m, always in the highest positions of the Italian ranking. It has hosted seven editions of the Italian Open, counting prestigious winners such as Billy Casper, Sandy Lyle and Greg Norman. The Blu Course is a Parkland of great attraction and very technical, which offers players the opportunity to deal with different game skills. We can meet in Piazza Matteotti in Como, next to the S.Agostino bus station hub. With my transfer service, we will head to the golf course in the village of Cassina Rizzardi, only about 15 minutes away from Como. The experience is programmed only one day a week, every Wednesday, any different day needs to be arranged in advance upon availibility, for that please, contact me directly.

Everything starts with a biscuit! We, 2 and 4 legged, will meet you and soon will enter the Spina Verde Natural Park, where we'll be guided on beautiful trails by Pippi or Heidi. On the way, the border collies will be happy to share with you tricks and exercises, and we'll discover together the secrets of the forest of Lago di Como, far from touristic beaten paths in a complete outdoor immersion. A break in a typical "baita" will make us taste some local snacks (ready to share it with the dog..?) and get ready for the last downhill trails. Please note: a minimum fitness is required. You should be comfortable walking on rugged terrains including 300 meters of altitude gain. Other things to note Dogs require long time and suitable spaces to socialize with other dogs.
