I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno per poi imbarcarci dal pontile privato. Ospiteremo un massimo di 10 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. In questo periodo dove regna la tecnologia, offriamo un sano momento per dare spazio alla fantasia, risvegliando i sensi attraverso l'uso di questo materiale all'apparenza povero, ma che ha origini prima della nascita dell’uomo. Ognuno potrà dare libero sfogo alla creatività godendo anche degli effetti rilassanti rilasciati dal contatto con l'argilla. THIS IS A FRIENDLY COOKING EXPERIENCE. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home (with AIR CONDITIONING) where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing several types of delicious homemade pasta: tortelli and other typical kinds of pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water; NO GLUTEN FREE!). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a great time together cooking, laughing, sharing stories, and especially talking about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy.. Proponiamo un'esperienza di scuola vela di mezza giornata, costeggiando le suggestive coste settentrionali del Lago di Garda. La partenza è prevista dal porto San Nicolò di Riva del Garda; discenderemo poi lungo le coste occidentali fino alle Cascate del Ponale, dove potrete godere di un bagno rinfrescante. Proseguiremo in direzione sud verso Limone, una cittadina immersa tra le caratteristiche limonaie gialle. Dopo una breve sosta ripartiremo verso le coste veronesi dove svetta il Castello di Malcesine; prima del rientro in porto veleggeremo lungo le ventose spiagge di Navene e Torbole. La flotta a disposizione comprende 5 barche a vela (da 8 m. fino a 11 m.) dotate di ogni comfort e di bagno privato a bordo. In caso di maltempo l'esperienza può essere posticipata in accordo con gli ospiti. Altre cose da tenere a mente: porta con te costume da bagno, crema solare, cappellino e telo mare; in bassa stagione è consigliabile portare guanti, cappellino e giacchettino antipioggia.

La vostra esperienza inizia dal cancello della nostra proprietà, dove tramite una strada di ghiaia, sarete sin da subito immersi tra i vigneti. Arrivati a Corte Odorico, sarete accolti da un membro della nostra famiglia e dai nostri cani, che con le loro code e richieste di coccole rappresentato il più caldo comitato di benvenuto. Da qui, cammineremo insieme tra i vigneti, dove vi racconteremo delle tecniche di coltivazione e vendemmia della Valpolicella Classica, tutte rigorosamente eseguite a mano. A seguire vi spiegheremo le nostre tecniche di vinificazione, e vi mostreremo le zone di appassimento delle uve, e quella di affinamento dei nostri vini Ripasso e Amarone. Assieme, andremo poi nella zona del vigneto che abbiamo allestito appositamente per voi: un tavolo imbandito di prodotti locali, ed un assaggio dei nostri vini, ed una coperta da picnic con dei comodi cuscini, per rilassarvi in mezzo alla natura e alle nostre vigne. Nel picnic troverete un tagliere di formaggi e salumi, un cestino di frutta, pane fresco, ed un tiramisù. Questi saranno accompagnati dai calici di due dei vini di nostra produzione, che vi saranno introdotti e spiegati proprio come in una degustazione. Potrete poi rilassarvi nella pace dei nostri vigneti, accompagnati da buon cibo e il buon vino della Valpolicella Classica.
