Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 10€pp to land in capri and in Sorrento).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.

On the way back we ll coast until Positano city, you ll admire breathtaking landscapes, the ''Furore'' fjord, Praiano. You ll have an other one hour and half of free time to walk among the narrow streets of Positano and the beach of ''Fornillo''. We ll cross Nerano untill the ''Mortelle'' beach to snorkeling in cristalline water... coming back to Sorrento with a red sunset you ll fall in love of my coast... jump on board !!! During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Sorrento Pasta Masterclass is a unique gastronomic experience, which combines expertise with conviviality and tradition. Our team is excited to share with you all the secrets and tips to create  the best pasta dishes of your trip in Sorrento and Amalfi Coast! Join our small group cooking class and we'll teach you how to make: -Cherry tomato sauce Tortelloni -Cacio e Pepe Spaghetti -Basil Pesto Ravioli At the end of the class you'll enjoy your pasta dishes, accompanied by local wine, limoncello and lots of good memories of your Italian cooking experience.

We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients! Other things to note Let us know if you need a transfer. We walk through the village discovering its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients for cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will make our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the area. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the 3 prepared courses learning how to pair it with local wine and craft beer and homemade liquors. Since three generations, my family owns the only Limoncello liqueur factory in the heart of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make the real Limoncello and other Amalfi coast liqueurs available in different periods of the year. You will also taste other specialities such as the babà cake with limoncello or lemon cream and dark chocolate limoncello pralines. You will know the important difference between an industrial limoncello liqueur and a fresh homemade one! The boat tour is the best way to discover the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast. We will leave from Amalfi and sail to discover the different locations of the Amalfi Coast, caves and beaches that can only be reached by sea. We will admire the villages of Conca dei Marini, Furore, Praiano and Positano, the crew will show you and tell you the stories of the places of particular interest along the route. There will be several stops for swimming, we will show you the best places to dive and you will use the snorkeling equipment, floats and beach towels that will be provided. Also included are drinks (soft drinks, prosecco, beer, limoncello), snacks and fruit which you can enjoy while admiring the coast and with the sound of the waves in the background. In Positano there is a mandatory stop of approximately 1 hour and a half. Disembarkation will cost around 5 euros per person The group will be able to have lunch, visit the town and go shopping in the local craft shops. Pasaremos la antigua tonnara y caminaremos a lo largo de la costa de piedra caliza de Sorrento hasta los baños de la reina Giovanna. Recorrido por los baños de la reina Giovanna Visitaremos la piscina natural de los Baños de la Reina Giovanna, donde podrás nadar, muchas fotos y explorar las ruinas de la época romana. Hi everyone! If you want to be feel like a local on the Amalfi coast, don't miss this experience! On this tour you will have the possibility to enjoy a beautiful day on a tipical sorrentine gozzo between Positano and Amalfi, sipping a glass of Prosecco followed by a tipical apperitizer. We enjoy the incredible cliffs and caves that draw our coastline. Depaturing from Positano, you will see "La Porta", Arienzo, Zeffirelli Villa and San Pietro hotel. You refesh yourselves jumping in the renomated clear blue amalfitan water. The boat then continues towards Laurito beach, Tritone hotel, Praiano, Pirates cave and Saracens tower. You can enjoy the all coast from a different point of view admiring the enchanting villages climbing the coast. Sailing you will totally enjoy the atmosphere of this picturesque landscape, like Furore "the lover's bridge" and Conca Dei Marini. You can visit also the Emerald cave, known for its green shadows(the entrance costs 6euro not included in the price). We will continue towards Santa Croce beach, where we stop to enjoy some tipical local products close by Sofia Lauren villa and the elefant kissing rock. We will meet you in Positano main dock at 9:30 am and We start to sail and admiring the coast like Li Galli Inslet, where Ulisse passed. The sea is amazing,we stop at tordigliano and in Marina del Cantone where at first light of the morning the water is really clear and you can swim, snorkel and relax. l want to show you Crapolla cove, my hometown it is a special place that was a fischermen village. Just outside the bay we stop for a refresh overlooking the De Filippo private island, continuing to sail we show you the Birdcave. We will sail around Capri admiring the white, red and green grotto, hearth grotto, natural arch,the ancient port of Capri, the famous Faraglioni. Telling you all the fan fucts. We stop to swim and enjoy our tipical Panzanella, tasting with Prosecco.We stop at restaurat in Capri where you can tast Mediterran disces, than you have 3hrs to vist the island(you can also disembark in the port sharing the fee). Than we go back to Positano and stop to swimming along the coast.We offer fruits,drinks towels and snorkeling equipment.
