SIGHTSEEING or HIKING? 1.CORFU TOWN (Thursday afternoon & Saturday morning) Don’t miss the opportunity to see things in Corfu that ordinary tourists will never notice! Join us to visit the famous Espianada Square, the elegant Liston building complex the Old Palace and the narrow cobblestone alleys known as "Καντούνια". Stopovers to the Old Fortress, Cathedral of St. Spyridon, antique churches, places where "the Durrells" have lived or been filmed and other places of interest can be arranged upon request. 2.HIKING (Tuesday & Saturday morning) Many kilometers of Corfiot walking routes that lead into forested landscapes untouched by the mass tourism await for you to discover and explore. Such is the variety of Corfu's nature that walkers spend no more than an hour in any one landscape. The sparkling blue sea, the green and silver olive groves, the creeks and waterfalls and up to the rocky alpine hills of mt. Pantokrator; the nature of the island reveals heavenly sceneries, ideal for walkers. We move on easily accessible, pre-chartered paths. The difficulty level of our hikes varies from easy to advanced. Anyone who likes long walks can participate, also seniors, teenagers or persons with manageable disabilities, since small alterations to the tours are possible upon request and according to your needs, fitness level, age and skills of the group

"The Pink Bike Tour" is a 27 km ride that will take you to most places where the "Durrells" were filmed. All the above tours combine the fun of riding in the nature and an introduction to the Corfiot history, architecture and culture. Use of E-Bike possible with +10euro supplement > CORFU TOWN on two wheels: (Only Sunday morning or Thursday afternoon upon prior request) Don’t miss the opportunity to see the all landmarks of Corfu Town in a few hours! It will be something much different from the classic around the crowded shopping streets, as every corner of the Old City may reveal a surprise > Nature and Forest, mountainbiking (Wednesday and Sunday morning only) A round tour away from traffic, in the olive-tree groves. It is a mixed terrain of forest roads, with a few climbs and gravel tracks. Ionian flora of this region is simply impressive. We will have the opportunity to see local herbs and flowers, old ababdoned buildings and maybe small forest creatures. Mountain Biking skills and experiance required!

The horse riding routes are specially chosen to take you around the heart of a preserved nature environment through olive groves, natural springs , grapevines and also a traditional church which dates back to 1800’s! Our horses are experienced, well trained and easy to ride .You will be always with a guide .we have special horses for children , beginners and experienced riders . We will choose the best one for you !

Join our outdoor trip in North Corfu landscape, on our private apiary where you will get to know in close, the fascinating world and society of honeybees. We will talk in theory about beekeeping and also open hives taken all the safety measures. You will see in person how do honeybees behave, what are their everyday tasks according to their age and the needs of their hive and you will also learn about their vital importance in fruit and vegetables production among others. By the end of this short seminar, you will get to tell the difference between the queen, the drone and the worker bee as well as understand their value in the ecosystem. We will also talk about the products that honeybees produce, their significance of them on human health and the role of honeybees in the global economy and food production. Finally you will enjoy a tasting of local honey, pollen and propolis extract from our hives along with traditional Greek coffee.

we will meet at the meeting point after we will go to the take off with our van and after a small briefing we will be in the air its simple and safe.after we land back at the take off or at the beach it depends on the wind how strong it is. Other things to note paragliding is depending on the weather conditions and we want to have a safe flight always.. i would like to know how many days you will be for holidays to plan the best day for paragliding.(if the weather is not good for paragliding at the current day we will reschedule the next day or before the booking)..paragliding is very dependant on the weather conditions and you have to be flexible on time.. i dont recomend to book a paragliding flight on the departure day or a day before. (transfer from your hotel is avaliable on request and is extra charge)

We will start our experience by giving you a basic information for the olive oil and its place of origins, where you will served a welcome meze, homemade by my mother . Then we will move to my family olive museum's area when i will explain you, my family's olive oil history and also you will learn the old fashioned way of making olive oil, after that we shall pass into the modern olive mill facility and you will learn the way of the production, showing our awards and all of family's achievements. The trip starts from the beautiful beach Mikros Gialos , we paddling near the coast in south east direction. We have the chance to observe the amazing geological formations and learn information, from the guides, about the geological phenomena and the interesting history of the area. The final destination of our trip is the spectacular Blue Cave with the hidden entrance. However, until we reach our final destination, we will make many stops on remote beaches for swimming and snorkeling, and we will be given the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful seabed full of big red starfish. On our way back, we will visit another small cave, which offers shelter to small seals during the winter months. A truly amazing sea route for everyone who wants to enjoy the sun, the unique experience of sea kayak and the beautiful Ionian Sea. Dabei nutzen wir die Sandgusstechnik und formen Fundstücke aus der Natur, vom Strand oder Meer ab. Diese Fundstücke zu finden ist der 1. Schritt bei dem wir dir auch gerne helfen. Auch komplizierte Schmuckstücke kannst du verwirklichen, benötigen dann jedoch auch mehr Zeit. Mitmachen kann jeder ab 6 Jahren oder auch Eltern mit Kindern unter 6 Jahren. So wird es zu einem Familien Event. Besonders schön ist es, wenn alter Schmuck, Familienerbstücke oder Schmuck der defekt ist mit verwendet wird. Edelmetalle lassen sich beliebig oft wieder einschmelzen. So wird dieser wieder zu einem neuen getragenen Schmuckstück. We start our tour in the center of Corfu town. Join this tailor made private portrait or couple photoshoot session in Corfu and memorialize your time in our wonderful island. We discover the hidden streets around Corfu Town and unique places where we capture the vibrations of the town. We stroll through some of the city’s most picturesque paths with a professional photographer and have our photo taken against the background of important city landmarks, lush gardens or typical Corfiot streets. Our professional photographer will be there composing and capturing your own beauty of your face or of your love. We will go on a relaxed walk in one of the most beautiful natural forests of Corfu, the forest of Erimitis. We will walk on very defined and easy paths and stray into the forest where the high canopy will shield us from the hot sunny rays. We will chose and go to one (or more) of the many beaches surrounding this forest, where we will swim and relax throughout most of the day. There are some interesting rock formations that house many dozens of fish, some species of corals and sponges, so bring your snorkelling gear! There are three wetlands in this forest, two of which we will visit and discuss their importance and why we should protect them. I am doing this activity on my free time this summer, two times a motnh or so and it is as much a lovely relaxing experience for me as I hope it is for you. What I offer is more of a walk in the forest and not a hike. It is the experience of how we locals go to our secluded little beaches for our Sunday day off. By the way, if you are looking to do a more active hiking activity during your stay, let me know, as many friends of mine do hikes from Nisaki to Kassiopi that pass from Erimitis.

As you step into our warm, aromatic bakery, we will greet you with an apron and a homemade treat of your choice. Then the lessons begin! Depending on the day and time, you will have the opportunity to learn personal recipes and master techniques for a wide variety of our handmade baked goods, from our renowned sourdough bread created with my own starter to traditional Greek cookies and pitas. I will take you through the baking process from the very beginning - choosing the right, high quality ingredients - all the way through to tasting the finished products. You will learn why certain ingredients are added at specific times, how water and air temperature affect the outcome, why we make certain breads or cookies for specific Greek holidays and traditions, and why I LOVE baking and nurturing my village. Zitsa truly is a magical place and while we work we can share stories about our different cultures, and life in the village in general (there is a lot to learn about this place and we are more than happy to tell you what makes Zitsa so special and why there is nowhere else we'd rather be!). We can give you some basic Greek lessons as well if you want! And of course when we finish, we get to share in eating what we've made. Often while we are baking, my mom is alongside us, cooking up some wonderful Greek dishes - if we have time, and she has made enough, we can share the meal.
