The visit, that will last about 3 hours, will start from Piazza Ferrarese where we will start telling you some secrets of beautiful Bari. There we will look for Vito, a local musician, to experience "Tarantella" a typical Apulian dance and have some fun singing and playing with his instruments. Later on, we will stop at one of the oldest "Panificio" of the city to taste our typical focaccia. This will give us some good energy to continue discovering the city. Next stop will be the cosy Basilica of Saint Nicholas with the secrets of its walls, the beautiful Cathedral of Saint Sabinus and the exterior of the millenary Swabian Castel. From there, we will have a food stop in a typical "Salumeria" to taste different types of salumi and cheese while enjoying a glass of delicious Primitivo wine. We will continue visiting the famous Pasta Street where ladies still make pasta outside. And yet another stop to taste typical fried food freshly cooked by Signora Maria. Desde la Piazza del Ferrarese central, nos aventuraremos en los callejones del casco antiguo para conocer sus costumbres, cultura e historia durante miles de años. Visitaremos lugares de culto como la Basílica de San Nicola y la Catedral, así como los tradicionales mientras admiramos a las mujeres que hacen pasta fresca a mano. Por último, aprenderemos sobre la historia del Castillo de Suabia y terminaremos caminando por el monumental paseo marítimo y las calles del Barrio Francés con elegantes edificios y teatros históricos.

La Puglia è sempre nel cuore non solo per i suoi colori e le sue bellezze artistiche e paesaggistiche, ma anche per i suoi sapori. Per godere di un'esperienza enogastronomica da protagonisti, insieme prepareremo secondo la ricetta della tradizione l'impasto dei tarallini al vino primitivo (dolci e salati), daremo la tipica forma a ciambellina e li inforneremo. Prepareremo anche la gelatina al primitivo (una mia specialità che riscuote successo tra amici e conoscenti) che cuocerà per circa 20 minuti. Al termine delle cotture gusteremo insieme i tarallini e la gelatina che ben si prestano ad accompagnare formaggi e salumi pugliesi, ricotta fresca e vino primitivo di Manduria. Prima di salutarci ogni partecipante porterà con sé non solo le ricette, ma anche i tarallini e la gelatina preparati con le proprie mani. Così potrà gustarli a casa, mantenere viva l'esperienza, regalarli ai propri cari e cogliere l'occasione per condividere e far conoscere queste prelibatezze pugliesi.

Nos reuniremos y os ofreceré la típica focaccia de Bari y el vino blanco, luego nos soltaremos. Desde el mar descubrirás otra fantástica perspectiva de la ciudad de Bari. Caminaremos lentamente por el paseo marítimo con sus imponentes edificios históricos, pararemos en la curva de la ciudad vieja y si el tiempo lo permite, podrá nadar o fotografiar la Basílica de San Nicola, la antigua marina, la catedral de San Sabino, la Circoli Nautici, el faro y el ruidoso mercado de pescado. Luego zarparemos para encontrarnos con las diferentes especies de delfines que jugarán con la proa de nuestro bote. Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender los rudimentos de la navegación, puedes tomar el timón y dirigir el barco participando activamente en las maniobras a bordo o simplemente sentarte y disfrutar de la vista y escuchar música. Durante la navegación verá las pequeñas y grandes embarcaciones de los pescadores dedicados a su trabajo y las gaviotas que las enmarcan. After meeting we will start our walking between the alleys of the old city centre, headed to our first tasting of focaccia and beer. From one place to to the other, we will stop to some shops for tasting the most famous samples of Bari street food such as "sgagliozze" (fried sliced polenta), or the "panzerotto" (deep-fried pizza roll with tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto, or cheese). You can't miss to have a small tasting of famous orecchiette, made by a local old lady that will cook them in front of you!
