Beautiful winery and restaurant. Only 2km away. Great views over the ocean. You can also purchase their wine there.

A short 7 minute drive south of Melrose Cabin is Okurukuru Winery. This is the place to come to for a romantic dinner or glass of wine while you watch the sun descend beneath the seemingly endless Tasman Sea. Their vineyard platter is perfect to share between two people over a glass of wine. You could follow this with any of their succulent main meals or skip straight to a delicious dessert and a second glass of wine! Friendly staff, incredible views and delicious food - it's got it all!

Outstanding food in an outstanding location. A must do if looking for a quality dining experience. Reasonably priced.
