This beautiful and charming cottage sits at the foot of 16 acres and is quintessential to everything Asheville and the surrounding area have to offer. The cottage is close to everything, yet gives the feel of being away from it all. Built in the early 1900's, this house maintains it's history along with modern upgrades. The house over looks a pasture with cattle, where you can find deer grazing and turkey's passing by. To the left of the house is a pond that we do allow fishing on.
Get a taste of quiet country living next to a peaceful pasture. Gaze at woodlands and mountains from a window and find a cozy loveseat to curl up on and read. Explore nearby breweries and return for a great night's sleep under a tall pitched roof.
Enjoy this private space tucked into the woods of South Asheville, conveniently located to downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, WNC Ag Center, Asheville Outlet Mall, hiking trails, and Sierra Nevada Brewing while still allowing you to enjoy a quiet mountain retreat.
