This is a great location to stay at, the location is a ten minute ride from Broadway and the instructions from the host are helpful for getting to the address. I would recommend messaging the host a day in advance to receive the code to the house because it took a while for a response on the day we arrived. Aside from this the house was fantastic and the host was very helpful.

Very nice stay, only complaint was our water went out on our last night there. Which no one has control over, so it was not a big deal.

Great visit and place as advertised. Loved everything except loose alarms to pool.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a family or a group. Bedrooms were comfortable, 3.5 baths provide enough room for a group, full kitchen, large table, big entertaining space w TV, AND, the rooftop was tremendous. Our group spend each evening talking on the rooftop for hours around the firepit.

The location is walkable to Broadway, but for those who would rather Uber/Lyft, that is easy as well. Lots of restaurants that are easily accessible.

The property is located in an area that is turning over, but that process is well along its way. Everyone felt comfortable with the location and surroundings.
