The tower blocks are rundown and dated, the aircon is in need of servicing including the water heater. Main road always jam before turning into the entrance lane. Carpark is confusing to locate lift lobby. Please read the instructions carefully as you can only park at dedicated lot. You will get wheel clamp if you park anywhere else. Host will not appeal for you, you will need to pay RM200 no matter what you say. Digital lock took us getting used to, had to spend some time troubleshooting outside with a cockroach outside. Although our vehicle was registered, every-time we exited the carpark the gantry always does not open please be mindful of this. Had to get the guard to help open and hold up everyone exiting. Please note additional carpark space must pay RM20 and walk quite far to lobby.

Inside the unit is quite clean although some of the cutlery appears unwashed. Spacious interior definitely enough space for my family with a great slide my kid enjoyed and a good view of the pool.
