Our first experience of wine tasting. Ed was an absolute gem, he is passionate about what he and his family have done, and their future plans sound amazing. We cannot recommend this experience enough. If you are in Bath it’s a must, a personal touch that deserves success.

What a visit. A purely unique experience. A wonderful host, who was clearly well educated and knowledgable not only in the production of excellent wine , the food that pairs perfectly with the wine but the research behind the music that should be enjoyed with each dish and glass of wine. Although this sounds like a very serious event due to the educational knowledge acquired it was so light hearted and relaxed. I had no previous knowledge to speak of and the host - Eddie - made you feel so ‘at home ‘ and relaxed - we have never laughed so much. A truly delightful experience. A truly awesome setting.

Exceptional wines, food and music pairings, a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and importantly great hospitality, all combine to create a unique sensory experience that's life affirming and almost spiritual!

Eddie is a great host whose vision and passion shines through. We absolutely loved meeting him, learning how Minerva came about and hearing his exciting plans for the future.

Myself and 8 others attended for a group tasting session. We found the host Eddie to be charismatic, knowledgable and friendly. The music pairing was extraordinary, the vineyard itself is well looked after, had beautiful facilities and its own unique charm.
The food was deliciously paired, and the wine was outstanding.
Our group as a whole could not recommend this experience enough!! Thank you Eddie !!
