had a wonderful time cooking with Sai, she is very passionate, kind and generous. we worked together making the food and tea, she gave tips on everything from where to get specific ingredients and cookware, to the food prep, history, her culture...it was a very relaxing 3 hours and I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes cooking amazing food. The food was exceptional, I'd suggest bringing a notepad as I didn't...so am hoping my memory stored it all!! I would happily do further courses with Sai, she really is amazing.

This was our first time experience of a cooking class, we all really enjoyed it in Sai’s wonderful purpose built kitchen . Sai was a great teacher and had a lovely manner about her. Our lentil curry and cutlets were delicious!

If you want something different to do on a Saturday afternoon then give this a try, it was good fun, food was tasty and tea was lovely. Sai was very friendly and it was great to have a local experience.
