Stefano and his mom were very kind and made the class an unforgettable experience! They instructed us through the entire process of making the pasta and showed us how to make the sauce and plate the dishes. They also provided us with plenty of wine throughout the day and an espresso after our meal. My wife and I were so grateful they hosted us in their beautiful home. I'd recommend this experience to anyone!

This class was an absolute highlight of our trip. Everything was fantastic: the food, the wine, the atmosphere (the view!), the instruction—it was all amazing. Stefano (and his mom!) were gracious and knowledgeable, and he even gave us detailed instructions to make the pasta again at home + a list of favorite spots in Florence. What an amazing experience. If you’re looking for something authentic, this quite literally cannot be beaten
