Doggy and muddy boot friendly. A great range of ales and wine. Good food with locally sourced ingredients. The fish finger sandwich was fabulous

Never disappoints - classic menu but every dish is really tasty, they take real pride in doing great pub food. Also a great location in historic Polruan overlooking Fowey!

We had a great meal here of locally caught fish. Can get busy so recommend booking. You can park up just outside Polruan, go for a walk along the coastal path with stunning views of the sea and of Fowey across the estuary, eat at the Lugger Inn, take the ferry across to Fowey avoiding all the parking problems, see Fowey and then come back on the ferry to Polruan and walk back through the village to your car.
