De Hallen is an exhibition complex of the Frans Hals Museum on the Grote Markt in Haarlem where modern and contemporary art is exhibited in changing presentations. The emphasis is on contemporary photo and video presentations, in which people and society are central.

At the Grote Markt, you will probably like to go there anyway. Sometimes I really enjoy their exhibitions, sometimes I don't. Small museum, modern art.
