Lokrum is beautiful little island in front of the Old Town. Before visiting it, read the legend about the island :) A boat to island leaves from the old port in the Old Town every 30 minutes. The price is 200 HRK per person but it includes round trip to the island and everything on the island (entrance to the botanical garden, museum, original Thorn from The serial Game of Thorn). On the island you can see many peacocks walking around freely and a lots of beautiful nature. Make sure you bring your bathing suits.

Lokrum is conveniently located on a short ferry ride from Dubrovnik Old Town, so day trips to the island are very popular among locals as well as among the visitors to Dubrovnik.
