Whether you're watching from the side or running through the water, this fountain is so fun. The water display changes and is often timed to music for a visual and auditory experience.
Seattle Center is a great place to explore with kids. The Pacific Science center and butterfly garden is there. But by far the best, on a hot day, is to dance and play in the huge fountain. Water is cold! Bring towels and a change of clothes.
The International Fountain is a mainstay from the World's Fair, but was completely replaced and expanded in a $6.5 million project in 1995. Bring change of clothing for children as they would want to play in the fountain during summer time!

We love to bring a lunch and sit on the edge of the fountain. Great for kids too!
