Beautiful building that houses some interesting information about Bend and surrounding area.

Not that long ago, Bend was still a logging and milling town. The cottage is located 2 houses from where one of the old mills operated until the 90's (this is why my family was able to live here...surprisingly this was not a sought after location). The museum is located in the original high school for Bend. A quick walk from the cottage across the river will allow you to step back in time a bit.

Check out the history of Bend and the surrounding areas in this very well-done museum. Exhibits rotate.

Very small museum downtown, yet if you want a history on the region with artifacts, a good place to stop into if you are in Downtown Bend.
