YULLIS - Vegan In May 2019, the team behind Yulli’s Brews and Yulli’s Surry Hills opened their third venture Yulli’s Byron Bay. With two of the owners, Karl and Danielle, having lived in the Byron Shire area for a number of years now, it’s a fitting location for the latest Yulli’s establishment that we’re all really excited about. Yulli’s Byron Bay is 100% vegan. The plant-based menu is modern Asian and dishes are matched with a diverse vegan wine list, local spirits and cocktails, plus of course Yulli’s Brews range of craft beers, cider, kombucha and other beverages. Many of our dishes are also gluten free or can be made gluten free on request.

The name Yulli’s might be familiar for a couple of reasons. Yurri’s Surry Hills has been around since 2008, while the team is also behind the craft beer brand Yulli’s Brews. The Byron Bay location is the newest addition to the family, opening in 2019. Its modern Asian menu is entirely vegan, with plenty of gluten-free options. Choose from small, medium, and large plates on the regular menu, with dishes like Kale and Smoked Eggplant Gyoza, Korean Fried Brocollini, or Vegetable Prik King Sambal. If you just can’t decide, there’s also a banquet that showcases some of the most popular and delicious options. Weekend lunchtimes offer Yum Cha, with a range of small plates for sharing (or not). Of course, to wash it all down, there’s Yulli’s Brews beers, kombucha, wine, sake, spirits, and cocktails.

Yullis is a local casual restaurant that serves vegetarian/vegan food. It's Asian Fusion and they craft their own beers! They do a fantastic $40 per head banquet which is yummy. 1 or 2 of the dishes are on the hotter side, but overall it's mild...and that is coming from a person who doesn't each chilli.
