The statue of Mao is located in front of the Science and Technology Museum. There're big dancing fountains and a water display in the square. It is a really nice, relaxing place to hang out.

Tianfu Square, the symbol of Chengdu, is located in the city center. Being the largest city square in southwest China, it enjoys similar position and fame in Sichuan as Tiananmen Square in Beijing. 憩园距离天府广场仅2公里，乘坐出租车8分钟可到达，也可以太升南路乘地铁4号线再换1号线到达，共两站即到。天府广场是成都市的中心点，这里还有时尚现代的博物馆新馆，经常有画展等艺术展，免门票的哦！
