Excellent miso-style ramen. Gogyo blackens their miso in a kitchen-side fire show while preparing the soup.

行列ができるラーメン店として知られているお店が、五行です。このお店は食通の芸能人がよく訪れるお店としても知られているんですよ。 見た目はまっ黒で少し驚きますが、味は抜群に美味しんです。 Nishiazabu Gogyo is a very famous Ra-men shop. this ramen might look very black but very tasty !
