The views are so so good you must visit even for just a walk around the inner lighthouse museum and grounds.

There are beautiful views over Shoal Bay and the Tomaree headland from the Lighthouse, and enjoy lunch or morning tea at the Tea Rooms too whilst soaking in the views.
