Tucked-away petroglyphs in the wash are a must-see, and if you're up for it, topping out on Wasson Peak gives spectacular views of Tucson.

This trail head leads to Wasson peak. Its rocky for the 1st mile, then a just past the sign on the right, there is a stairway path leading to the trail which is another 2.5 miles to the peak.
