The Spa department in Fredriksberg swimhall is the place I go to recuperate. It is affordable and there is a "sauna gus" (a steam bath of herbs) every hour that is amazing. (they are danish champions). The swimming hall also have a waterslide that is great fun, and a family pool open in the weekends.
