A must go in the summer for any visitors in Helsinki. Take the HSL ferry from kauppatori and walk around the island enjoying the views, visiting restaurants, cafés or museums at will.

Can be crowed during summer months but definetely worth visit. Really nice hideaway spots for everybody. Remember to pack your favorite picnic things with you.

An island fortress on the coast of Helsinki. Lovely for a day visit, especially if the weather's good! Fun fact: people actually live here and travel to mainland for work each day on a ferry.

Suomenlinna fortification used to be the military stronghold to protect Helsinki and Finland from all threats imaginable as the Gibraltar of the North.
