The museum is an award winning, volunteer run attraction that offers an informative day out for the family. Housed entirely in RAF buildings including the original hardened 1942 radar operations building, the museum provides a unique window into the history of radar covering the period of WWII to the Cold War.

The site of the world's longest continually operating RADAR site. It has 20 exhibition rooms. Part of the visit offers talks on the early development of RADAR and the Cold War. Cafe too!
