White Water Rafting during the summer/fall months - what an unforgettable, fun and adventurous experience! My husband and I did the level 5 white water rafting right here in Golden BC via the Kicking Horse River - we couldn't stop raving about it even after 7 years to friends and family! Golden, BC is nestled between two heritage rivers; the Kicking Horse River and the Columbia River. Numerous lakes and tributaries can be found in the surrounding backcountry making it a great place for canoeing and kayaking opportunities.
