Fun and healthy hot pots of soup at your table with heaps of vegetables, and kobe beef or lamb to add to the pot. Great sauces for the fixings, plus add-ons like eggs and/or dumplings.

This is a great restaurant in Japan town to eat soup. You get to pick the broth you want, then meat and/or vegetable selection. They have plain Miso broth all the way to the spiciest level soup, so be careful. ;-)
