This used to be a literal hole-in-the-wall, but they've recently moved to their new location. They serve delicious comfort food, focused around their original Bourbon chicken.

This is a walk up. He is about to open an actual restaurant. You will seriously get so much food for around 8.00 you won't be able to finish it in one sitting. My go to is Bourbon Chicken with Mac N Cheese and Cajun potatoes. YUMM

An East Colfax institution that recently moved from their original walk up/ takeout location to a bigger spot with indoor seating. The food is still as always some of the very best simple home cooking in town.
