Nice easy trail. Children (not toddlers) could do this trail too. Active seniors can survive this trail also. It's pretty gradual not steep at all

From Rainbow Gardens, you can jump on the trail that leads to the historic Bonneville Shoreline trail. Hike up to watch the sunset over the Great Salk Lake!
