"Space Center Houston is a leading science and space learning center, the official visitor center of NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston and a Smithsonian Affiliate museum." It is a great place to visit for everyone, while it is a museum with lots of information to read. They also have a great tour to see historic spaces, as well as some rockets, and the space shuttle. Even for non tech interested people its a great way to spend some hours.

Just a ~1 hour drive away is well worth the trip to outer space! Don't miss the tram ride over to the active astronaut facilities.

See the rockets and space stuff up close! Book a behind the scenes tour, have breakfast with an astronaut, or take a VIP tour of mission control or astronaut training! It is an amazingly fun day!
