This is a small festival at the port of Bremerton. You can take the ferry from Seattle to easily get to this event. There are lots of various foods here, but they are all about blueberries, and if you walk around, you'll find a bunch of people offering up their tasty delights with blueberry infusion... pie, jams/preserves, scones and anything else you might be able to find in your Betty Crocker cookbook of baked goodness...
