Bar at the top of the Mandarin Oriental in Columbus Circle. The views over the city and drinks are phenomenal.

Get to the lobby (35th floor) and ask for a table next to window. The number one view in the City. Dirty Vodka Martini for Gentlemen, Cosmopolitan for ladies :-)

Their bar has awesome views of Central Park and Columbus Circle. You pay for it though!

Great lobby bar at 26th floor to view down Columbus Circle and Central Park. Best done at twilight and later.
