This would be a hidden gem in my opinion. You're not going to see this in a visit Denver tour guide... But I love dive bars, so be aware of that bias. Also, they have fried cheese curds.

Hipster bar in Globeville neighborhood. Check out some BBQ at Globe Hall around the corner. Kind of far and out there, but can be a good scene for explorers.
