The "Flammekueche", or more commonly called "flambé pie": Traditionally composed of a thin crispy bread dough, covered with a mixture of fromage blanc and thick cream, seasoned with a mixture of spices and garnished with small bacon and finely chopped onions, it is cooked over a wood fire , directly on the stone.

Pour une tarte flambée comme en Alsace! Pour son menu à volonté Sa rapidité de service. l'entrée se trouve juste à côté du cinéma Caumartin. Poussez la porte et monter les escaliers . hum la bonne flamekuch! ma préférée la gratinée.
