If you get on BUS 16 towards Amtrak you will hit a Safeway on the left just before the high school and hospital. If you get on BUS 16 towards CONCORD BART you will also hit a Safeway over on the right. If you have a car there is a Nob Hlil nearby and Lunardi's, Trader Joe's, WholeFoods, and Costco are other favorite grocery stores for organic and gourmet food.
