Wichita Falls Fire and Police Museum showcases artifacts & apparatus to better inform the public on the past and present service of the Wichita Falls Fire & Police departments. The office is packed with collected photographs and documents, some dating back to the early 1900s. Artifacts range from firefighter “bunker gear” to a leather bucket passed one hand to another when fires were fought by bucket brigades, and 18 working trucks. Open by appointment only at 106 Pecan.
