You can find cheap beers at the kiosk near the Square and take a walk throught exarchia neighborhood. ( is is ok to drink beers on the street )

the Exarchia neighbourhood is the city's cultural haven and an area very much active in the left wing political spectrum. lots of political and social activity and a beautiful area to walk

The often ill reputed square of Exarchia, it is a lovely place for many surrounding university students to congregate as well as alumni and those who like its rock-chic edge.
