Victoria (Rabat) is the capital of Gozo. The Citadell is a historic walled city dating to the 16th century. Historic Tour available. Tourist Office, and a great place to have a drink or tea in the morning or afternoon. Try the pastizzi (Cheese croissants) which are local favorites.
