EXCLUSIVE - For a truly exceptional, personal Japanese omakase experience, contact me to arrange a private sitting for you and your group. I personally know the head chef and can secure a reservation for you, which otherwise is highly difficult to do as they only take reservation requests on their website. Here you can enjoy a highly eclectic magical tour of 21-25 small dishes of culinary excellence from ingredients sourced from all around the world. It is a 3-4 hour interactive affair where you can expect to be treated like a VIP. Inquire in advance with me as Yama-san is typically booked out.
