Bar, restaurant and concert venue. During the day "El Lokal" is an easy going place by the river amidst the city center to enjoy coffee or a cold beer. They also serve different kinds of simple dishes. At night this place is a buzzing bar and venue for concerts. Specially recommended during the summertime.
