A Louisville Gem, best Vietnamese food in town. People travel from all over the City to eat here. They are not open on Wednesdays

Such a great place to grab a big bowl of Pho as well as a Michelle roll (not on the menu officially but you can still ask for one).

It's a bit of a trek out of the way (15 - 20 minute drive), but so worth it if you love AUTHENTIC Vietnamese fare. Hands down my favorite. I grew up in SF and live in LA where I had access to a multitude of authentic Vietnamese restaurants. Vietnam Kitchen stands up against some of my favorites in both cities. Call for hours as they are closed 1 day during the week and a few hours during the day (and it changes)
