Nearby are the sandy beaches of Portherras Cove, Sennen, the mining heritage at Geevor Tin Mine, Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, and Penzance. The TV series of ’Poldark’ was filmed locally. The local village has a pub and shop, with easy access to the rugged local coastline. Shop ¼ mile. Two pubs and cafe in the village. It’s advisable to bring a torch with you during the winter months.
