This house is beautiful! Perfect location to walk to the village. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We could not get jets in the hot tub to turn on but other than that everything was amazing!

Enjoyed our stay. The high schoolers loved the hot tub. Wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have used the bikes!!

We had a great weekend staying here! If you are looking for a place that’s equipped for young kids, you’ve found the right spot! From safety features (cabinet locks, outlet covers, baby gate around the stove) to toys, books, a crib, and kids beds, our group if young families really enjoyed our time at this place. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet while being close to Sunriver and Bend. Could not recommend this house more; great value for the price we paid!

Our stay at Leah’s place was great! The unit was super clean, comfortable, and private. The location alone was worth it; really conveniently located within easy walking distance of all downtown Bend has to offer. Leah was very responsive and proactive in terms of communication. When we come back to Bend, this place will be high on our list for sure!

My family enjoyed the house. Bedrooms were comfortable with enough space and furnishings. Hot tub was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with good appliances and cook ware. Fireplace insert was a nice surprise. We liked all the options on the tv. Owners were real responsive to our needs. Will be happy to stay again.

It is a pleasant and soul healing stay! Comfy and clean just like home. Have quite some board game to play with friends and family at night. Will definitely come again on my next visit!

Erik was very responsive both during the process of securing the reservation and after. The house was extremely well furnished with supplies, paper products, towels, etc. and I would have to say it was the best we had ever seen in our travels. From Kcups to kitchen staples, to desk supplies…this house had it all! We had a geriatric sibling reunion this time but we also have grandkids that would have so enjoyed the game room. So much fun and a very enjoyable stay!

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.
