OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SURFING - whether its your first time or you're trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards (we offer boards in a variety of sizes to fit your needs) and head down to the sand. For the first 20-30 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then it’s 60-80 minutes with an instructor in the ocean. The remaining time is yours to practice your skills and have fun in the water. PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS: The classes are taught by myself or one of our great instructors. We usually have the 2nd instructor helping in the water when the group exceeds 6-7 people. Your safety is our main priority! All of our lead instructors are ISA (International Surfing Association), CPR & First Aid certified, we obtain Water Safety Specialists certificates (surfing instructor safety training) and I also completed 2 Level surf instructors program with ISA. PHOTOS: One of the instructors will try to take complimentary GoPro photos of you in and out of the water in the last 10-15 minutes of the experience. Keep in mind that it's not alway possible to get water shots due to safety reasons. These are not professional pics but a great memory for you, your friends and family. Enjoy the true outdoors with an easy 3/4 - 1 mile private nature hike hosted by a pack of loose, well trained German Shepherd Dogs. The hike starts at our farm in coastal Maine and wanders through a network of trails winding through a natural wild Maine forest. You will be hiking with a large pack of (5 to 12) loose german shepherd dogs of various ages who will want attention along the way! On the walk there are soft forest trails, sometimes mud puddles and slippery footing. Throughout our adventure you will learn tips on hiking with a pack of German Shepherds the way they communicate and what their body language means. Once we return there will be bathroom facilities, snacks and beverages. We will also talk about how we raise and imprint our young shepherds and prepare them as family companions. Your hosts for the nature walk will be either Jennifer, Katie, or both! We began offering pack walks at our open house for our German Shepherd Breeding program, and because of the enthusiasm and popularity, we decided to host this event through Airbnb. I have been in touch with tea since I was 10 years of age and it has always been a part of my life. I am a landscape architect and an enthusiastic tea artist. After I moved to America, my partner and husband Joseph singlehandedly built the tea house for me, according to my design. Everything including the slab table was made by Joseph over a period of two years. Now I would like to share with others this tea house full of love energy and my love of Chinese tea, the etiquette of drinking tea and interesting stories of China.

During our chocolate factory tour, you will learn in detail how we craft chocolate starting with cocoa beans and ending with wrapped and sealed chocolate bars. We'll discuss: 1. How cacao is grown and where it comes from. 2. How we clean and sort our cocoa beans before production. 3. How we roast, grind, and conche our chocolate to maximize flavor and aroma. 4. And how we temper, mold, and wrap our chocolate bars. We'll also get to examine raw cocoa beans, taste some chocolate in production, and sample a variety of finished chocolate bars with unique flavor characteristics.

When you get here we will immediately go into the goat, mini horse, mini donkey, mini cow and pig pasture and love on them. We can also feed the Alpacas and Chickens if they are hungry. Most are super loving, but some require special instruction to interact with. The cow can be pushy and potentially knock kids over. They will secured to prevent this. Take a rest from the stress of the modern world and get ready to fall in love with group of energetic fun seeking Corgis as they take you on a unique journey to a special place where you find hidden dwellings and discover the secret treasure chests. BlissWood Forest is located in Coastal Maine one hour south of Acadia National Park. You will arrive at Corgi Bliss, in the town of Penobscot, on the edge of the forest. There you will meet your hosts, the Corgis along with Jennifer or Katie. Drinks will be offered, as well as a discussion about safety while walking with the corgis . We will set off on our journey through the fields, and into BlissWood Forest. The easy half-mile hike is well maintained and goes at a leisurely pace. The loose Corgis will be scurrying about ahead as they sniff the ground and try to pick up the scent of pixie dust. Help the Corgis find the hidden treasure chests and secret swellings along the path. We pause a lot for selfies, kisses and cuddles from the animals. Then we loop down the trail and return to Corgi Bliss, where drinks and snacks are to be had before saying our goodbyes. We will be outdoors in the fresh air and forest, wear layered clothing and shoes that protect your feet from the elements. Enjoy the earthy smells and forest sounds, and the corgis. Snorkeling in a whole new way that makes it easier and more fun. Come jet scooter snorkel through the crystal clear waters of Hawaii on this adventure snorkeling tour. Anyone can do this tour as it is for beginners also. I will take you to one of the best snorkeling sites on Oahu to see sea turtles, tons of fish, sea life and dolphins. We will be using our jet propelled underwater scooter devices to create a fun and unique snorkeling experience, unlike any other! This tour will begin with a complimentary pickup from Waikiki at 2412 Koa ave, and a scenic drive to our snorkeling site approx. 30 mins depending which dive site we will be heading too. Dive site choice is dependent on conditions.If you are staying outside of Waikiki, please look at Kahe Point Beach Park on maps, it may be closer for you to meet us there. Please let me know if you choose to do that. Once we arrive, we will go through a safety briefing and jet snorkeling orientation to get you started on this fun filled tour. We accept all skill levels including first timers! Once in the water, we will practice using the Jet devices and begin our snorkeling tour. Majority of the time we will see sea turtles, beautiful corals and lots of beautiful fish. We see dolphins on almost every trip but every once in a while we don't see them so we can not guarantee you will see a dolphin but there is a high probability.

We will begin by learning about Shetland sheep, their management, what a ruminant is and other facts specific to the Shetland breed of sheep. I will talk with guests about why we are breeding the sheep we have and what it means for them to be on the Livestock Conservancy's list of recovering breeds and why it is important to continue smart farming practices to conserve breeds that are important to diverse agriculture. Once guests have had their fill of sheep snuggles, I'll talk about the benefits of wool and demonstrate different processing techniques to show guests how the wool goes from fluff to useable yarn and fabric. Guests will have the opportunity to dive in and try their hands at wool carding, spinning and knitting with guided instruction. My hope is that guests will leave with a better understanding of the importance of conserving rare agricultural animal breeds, how their conscious choices while shopping for products can make a huge difference in animals lives, small farmers lives, their communities and the environment. Our goal is to take care of our environment while promoting rare agricultural animal breeds and educate others about the importance of taking care of the land, the animals and each other. Our educational experience packs tons of information and instruction into just an hour long mini class.
