This was a beautiful, high end property. You wouldn’t think you were in the centre once you are there. The place was beautifully clean and the garden was enjoyed in the sunshine. It was great to have the speakers in the hot tub. Muhammed checked in on arrival and attended when we needed to access the fuse box. Overall a wonderful stay with great service. We would 100% stay again.

We had a lovely weekend stay. A beautiful, quiet location and the mill was immaculate and clean. Debb was very helpful on recommendations on where to visit and good eateries. We would happily stay again and recommend

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

We had a great time here, it was bigger than we expected and lots of room for a big group. Lovely to be able to all sit outside in the sun!

This little gem with close proximity to shops and Stafford Town Centre was amazing. I stayed there with my husband and 2 Cats for a little over 2 months while my house purchase was going through. The home had everything we needed as our stuff was in storage Chris’s home was well stocked with everything!! All we had to do was purchase food. The home was lovely and cosy and felt very safe there. We had a couple of minor issues, and Chris was always very responsive. I highly recommend this home and would definitely love to stay again in the future. Thanks Chris for everything and your kind hospitality 😀

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Lovely place. Felt right at home. Mark was very clear with the instructions and was responsive.

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

Nice place In the ideal location. Nice and quiet location but a local town just 5 minutes down the road which was ideal. John was spot on as a host.

We only spent a night here, but it was perfect for what we needed and close to where we needed to be - the apartment is warm and comfy, and we felt very much at home. The area is lovely - really quiet and so many beautiful big trees, and great places to eat within walking distance.

Great little place with good links to the Midlands

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

Marvin was a great host, great communication, fast replies and extremely polite and respectful. The apartment itself was also great, spacious, clean and tidy. Very happy with the service and would book with Marvin again 👍

A lovely, peaceful stay with outdoor space too. Very comfortable and quite a spacious feeling. A short drive to Coventry where we found an excellent south Indian restaurant. Also easy to drive into Meriden and go to the shop and visit the playground there which was lovely.

Julie’s annexe was really comfortable and perfect for staying near the University. I was there for work and it was a short walk to the conference but easy to hop in an Uber as well. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone doing the same - it’s much more comfortable and nicer than a hotel room!

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

We loved our 11 day stay at The Summerhouse (during extended house move). We couldn’t have wished a more thoughtfully equipped and restful haven. We were made welcome on site by John and the sun even smiled on us the whole time!

We have had a great stay.We were having building work done on our house and found this property perfect for our work and leisure needs. Well placed for a range of local amenities shops,restaurants and great pubs. Property was warm and comfortable and well equipped.

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

A perfect weekend stay - the apartment had everything we needed in good walking distance to the city centre. Clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Barely any traffic noise at all - I'll take a few pigeons calling from the roof over that any day!

Myself and a colleague had a brilliant stay at Mo’s whilst working in Birmingham for the week. The apartment was exactly as described and like the photos. Extremely comfy bed and pillows, great kitchen amenities and of course loved the darts, Pac-Man machine and added bonus of the balcony! We had one query which Mo was very responsive to and extremely helpful. Would 100% stay here again!
