Beautiful home in a fantastic location! The house was spacious, well-maintained, and just a short drive to Hunter Mountain ski slopes, making it the perfect spot for a winter getaway. George and Nicole were very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning next year!

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

Jay's home is easy to arrive at and make a home away from home in minutes. It was clean, inviting and quiet! We enjoyed the quick ride to the ski slopes and the walk to Phoenicia's antique mall. The home is well-stocked and made cooking a meal at home no problem. Jay answered our questions within moments and made the stay relaxed and truly a get-away. We highly recommend his delightful home.

Brought a group of 10 to stay at Mink Hollow Lodge and we could not recommend it more! The well-adorned cottage is exactly as described, well maintained, and clean. JoAnn is extremely responsive and even had the driveway and hot tub area shoveled twice for us from the snow. 10/10 stay

This was the perfect place for us due to the location: we wanted to be as close to Belleayre as possible so we could leave to check in on the dog and get back quickly. Cozy space with comfy bed, great fridge/kitchen, nice shower, and large TV. It is also within 5-20 mins to several fabulous restaurants! The inside was perfect for us and it was easy to get inside, but was a bit tricky to walk the dog since there were no flat pathways nearby and everything was covered in a thick layer of ice this time of year. We did make it up the hill in the back a couple times. Bring your earplugs since it’s a downstairs apartment - very quiet and peaceful most of the time which makes other noises more prominent. Would stay here again!

Very nice cabin, with a fireplace, about 15 minutes from Belleayre mountain. Everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive which was helpful when we had a few questions about the place. Our family would stay here again.

The place is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. The view into the backyard from the large open windows is a perfect place to drink your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked (coffee, olive oil, spices, most needed tools, etc.) if you want to cook. I would not that while it is relatively close to town, it is a 20 minute walk on mostly unlit back roads. In the winter it was a little challenging, but can see it being easy to do in the summer if you want to have a drink at dinner and stay safe and not drive. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying again!

Perfect for a ski weekend. Sauna is great, and location cannot be beat.

The place is super cozy with a great view of the river. Perfect spot for a getaway from the city. Erik and family were great hosts too. Would definitely recommend!
