Darcey siempre fue receptivo y honesto sobre la casa de campo y la ubicación. La casa de campo se actualizó mientras todavía manteniendo la sensación rústica y original. Todos los electrodomésticos funcionaban y había muchas embarcaciones para mantenernos ocupados.

We had been looking for a private vacation spot on a lake that would accommodate our intergenerational family of 8 and 2 pets for a few years. Sweetwater Cottage was worth the wait! The long backyard and raised screened in porch made for exquisite views of the sunsets while our kids and dogs played. Quiet lake and neighbors made for an equally perfect spot for early morning fishing and afternoon naps while listening to the loons. We caught several bass, lake trout and even a landlocked salmon out on our flat bottom boat, and the kids were endlessly entertained by catching sunfish off of the dock. The provided paddleboards were a favorite. We even paddled out to the small island where we got up close to a Bald Eagle's nest and took turns jumping off the small wooden platform on a rope swing. The house was beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds and a sectional couch that fit our whole family for game nights. Lots of great memories and photos made. We can't wait to return!

THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!!! Our stay with our dog Daisy was truly restorative for the mind, body and soul. It is an honor to stay at this beautiful place.

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

We had a great time staying at Michele’s place. It is a beautiful home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Very well stocked kitchen and nice, comfortable living spaces. The lake is peaceful with a beautiful view.

Another perfect stay at what has come to be a home away from home for us. We've been coming here for years and are so grateful for the memories we make together in this little piece of paradise. Thank you, Chris, for always being an outstanding host.

We had a great and pleasant stay! Everyone was so friendly, especially Zeke the dog!! My son loved him! The sunset on the lake was magnificent! Beds were very comfy, and kitchen was great with everything you'd need. High-speed internet with Roku TV!! Felt like home! Robert, and his family were great hosts!! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Patsy’s place, we did not want to leave! It’s even better than the pictures—charmingly decorated, beautiful setting, and all the comfort amenities. WiFi was excellent, the smart TV reception was great, the kitchen is nicely stocked with multiple cooking options (oven, microwave, crock pot, air fryer), the beds are comfortable, and the view through the living room window is so peaceful we had a hard time tearing our eyes away from it. Patsy is a great hostess and has added lovely touches to the cabin so that people will feel at home. We loved the decorations! She even arranged fishing poles when she learned that my husband loves fishing. We hope to return to Maine for another visit (so much left undone!), and will definitely seek to return here - we want to come back!

This place is a gem on a dead end road, lakeside. My family if 5 spent 3 nights here and were very comfortable. While you are pretty disconnected there were some basic tv channels, and a dvd player in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the enclosed porch have a tv. There are more than enough life hackets and floats available. The lake was very quiet midweek, and location has a dunkin, pizza shop, firewood at the hardware store, and grocery store within 4 minutes' drive. My family fished all weekend getting sunfish, perch, bass and pickerell. Communication was excellent, beds, toddler bed and 2 futons were comfortable. We made all of our meals at the house. Only thing that might be requested is a pizza pan to cook on. But worked well for me, as we ordered take out instead that night. A great stay, and hope to return.

Michelle’s place is just as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the Lake. Sitting on the screened in porch each morning with a hot beverage. Watching the beautiful sunsets and sitting on the dock at night gazing up at a million stars. Cozy place to come back to after a day of hiking adventures.

We enjoyed Angela's cabin and appreciated the extras-games, kayaks etc. Love Embden and have been there numerous times.

Esta fue la segunda vez que me hospedé en una de las cabañas de Nathan. ¡Este no decepcionó! El lugar era inmaculado y bastante nuevo por dentro. Utilizo tanto Airbnb como la otra plataforma para alquilar alojamientos en todo el mundo. Nathan y su equipo son anfitriones de 5 estrellas. Crecí yendo al campamento en Unity Pond, pero me mudé hace 40 años, todavía es tan tranquilo y hermoso como recuerdo. ¡Muchas gracias de nuevo!

Wonderful cabin in the woods along the Kennebec River. Lots of explore from here. The cabin was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A lovely stay!

Mis hijos y yo pasamos un rato increíble durante nuestra estancia de fin de semana del Día del Trabajo. Los vecinos fueron muy amables y amables. La casa era hermosa y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Un mercado cercano para cosas rápidas.
