Sightseeing

Sitting along the bank of the Hunter River, the recently revitalised historic Maitland CBD (now known as The Levee) is home to a number of great cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Sample some of the local coffee on offer at one of the cafes and take a stroll along the scenic riverbank. There are also paths available for bike riding.

Nobby's Beach is also an excellent spot for watching the ships roll into the harbour.
